Coda di Volpe Irpinia DOC

Grape Variety: 100% Coda di Volpe
Provenance: Central Irpinia, the vineyards are located completely within the Province of Avellino, with hilly and good exposure, land for winegrowing
Density: 3.000 vines/Hectare
Yield: 80 quintals/Hectare
Training System: Guyot
Vinification and Maturing: Grapes are harvested at the beginning of October; fermentation is at a controlled temperature.

Organoleptic characteristics: Foxtail like bunches, in form as well as in colour, hang loosely from pale lemon leaves.
