Training System: Cordon-trained, Guyot.
Harvesting: grapes are harvested in the last two weeks of October.
Vinification and Maturing: The must is settled and then fermented at cool
temperatures using selected yeasts. The wine is aged on its lees in
stainless steel.
Alcohol: 13.5%.
Organoleptic characteristics: light yellow color, intense and persistent bouquet. Delicate, full, harmonious flavor; it leaves a slightly bitter almonds taste.
Serve with: pairs well with shellfish, grilled fishes. It fits well also
with roasts and robust dishes.
Serving temperature: 46-50°F.
