Azienda Agricola Fabiana
Manduria, Puglia, Italy

In Salento, the “land of two seas” on Italy’s heel, the shared passion of Antonio and Anna grew out of what they learned from their parents and was passed on to their children Fabiana and Michele. Their philosophy is simple and proud: let the taste of the land speak for itself through excellent fruit, honest work, and a handcrafted approach that stays far from industrial shortcuts while respecting the vineyard ecosystem. Their 30 hectares stretch along the Ionian coast in Taranto province near San Giorgio Ionico, where warm temperatures and sea influence meet calcareous clay soils to shape wines with intensity and character. In the rows, they focus on meticulous selection, organic treatments, high-density plantings trained to simple Guyot, and harvesting that is done at night for whites and strictly by hand for reds so the aromas stay intact. That same family thread runs into the present through Fabiana Barulli, carrying forward a story rooted in a land of history and tradition where Magna Graecia once flourished.
