Organoleptic Notes

Intense ruby red colour with a full, complex bouquet; intense fruity notes and distinct hints of black cherry, blackberry and prunes; balanced tannins providing good aromatic persistence.

Vinification
Pre‑fermentation cold maceration for about 2 days followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 15–16 days
Aging
12 months in steel tanks and at least 3 months in bottle
