Dark purple in colour with a bouquet of red‑fruit jam, this wine offers savoury, dry flavours and a long finish.
Winemaking
Vinification
The grapes are fermented in stainless‑steel tanks for about fifteen days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, followed by full malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Aging
The wine is refined for roughly twelve months in Allier oak barriques and another twelve months in bottle before release.
