Organoleptic Notes
Intense ruby red with garnet hues. The bouquet reflects the Croatina and Ughetta grapes and the terroir of Broni, offering a sweetish yet vinous, strong and tannic palate with a lively mousse.
Winemaking
Vinification
After hand harvesting, the wine matures for about eight months in oak barrels before bottling in the spring following the harvest. Bottles rest horizontally for about two months before vertical storage.
