Organoleptic Notes

This unclarified and unfiltered Chardonnay from Reyter displays a golden‐yellow colour with glints of gold. On the nose it opens with delicate aromas of ripe citrus fruit and white flowers accented by lemon blossom and hints of mushrooms and herbs. The palate is juicy and full‑bodied with ripe, soft fruit, a creamy texture and pleasant acidity. Earthy and ashy nuances mingle with nutty and buttery notes from ageing in large wooden casks. The finish is long and mineral with good persistence and a gentle warmth.
