Organoleptic Notes
Bright pink colour with a fruity bouquet of red berries. Excellent freshness thanks to good acidity, medium structure and a persistent finish with notable aromatic return.
Winemaking
Vinification
Cold maceration of the grapes at 4–6 °C for about 24 hours, avoiding contact with oxygen, followed by light pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16 °C for around 15 days.
Aging
Matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months and then in bottle.
