Organoleptic Notes
Ruby red with garnet reflections. Intense, persistent aromas with small red fruits and cherry, followed by notes of nutmeg and cloves. On the palate it stays coherent—spicy and fruity—with firm structure and tannins that show best after some years.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel at ~22°C with ~30 days of maceration.
Aging
Aged ~12 months in French and Austrian oak barrels/tonneaux, then refined ~12 months in bottle.
