Organoleptic Notes

Fresh and vibrant with aromas of dark stone fruits, fig, a hint of petrol and dried rose. The palate offers tart, crunchy fruit – pomegranate, cranberry, red currant and sour red cherry – giving an elegant yet lively balance. It finishes full‑bodied but balanced with subtle tannins and mouth‑watering acidity.

Winemaking

Vinification
Grapes are destemmed and punched down, then macerated on the skins for about three days at a controlled temperature. After soft pressing, fermentation lasts around fifteen days at 20 °C. The young wine spends two months on its lees in stainless steel before racking.
Aging
Aged for about six months in stainless steel tanks followed by two months in bottle; the wine is unfiltered to preserve natural character
