Organoleptic Notes

Bright golden yellow colour with a delicate scent of tropical fruits and flowers; full, soft, fresh and clean taste with lively acidity and roasted hazelnut and almond notes in the aftertaste.

Winemaking

Vinification
Cold soak for 12 hours at 10 °C followed by slow pressing and a 15‑day fermentation at 18 °C in steel tanks
Aging
Bottled in spring following harvest and rested 2–3 months in bottle
