Organoleptic Notes

Dark salmon glow (darker than a typical rosé). The bouquet reveals fragrances of ripe red berries and hints of liquorice. On the palate it is mildly spicy with well‑integrated, balanced acidity, leading to a long, fruity finish.

Only grapes from selected vines are harvested, pressed and fermented; organic acid reduction takes place in stainless‑steel tanks

Vines about 80 years old rooted in sandy clay porphyry alluvial soil with rocky sediments at 260 m altitude; certified ecological farming. The vines are trained partly on pergolas and partly Guyot‑pruned on espalier
