Organoleptic Notes

Straw‑yellow in colour, this Vermentino offers dried lime, pear and tangerine on the nose, enriched by hints of honeysuckle and resin. Energetic citrus and orchard‑fruit flavours are enlivened by musky mineral and thyme notes and become sweeter and deeper on the long, fresh finish.

Winemaking

Vinification
Grapes are cold‑macerated for about 10 hours at 8 °C (46 °F), then gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless‑steel tanks at 15 °C (59 °F); malolactic fermentation is not performed.
Aging
The wine spends three months in bottle before release.
