Organoleptic Notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet is varietal and citrusy with suggestions of fresh fruit. The palate is crisp, fresh and fruity with a salty edge, reflecting the coastal vineyards.

Winemaking

Vinification
Grapes are gently pressed at low temperature under inert gas; the must is clarified by static decantation and then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless‑steel tanks.
Aging
Aged on the fine lees in stainless steel with regular bâtonnage.
