Organoleptic Notes

Color: vibrant ruby red with violet shades. Nose: primary aromas with sweet notes, hints of undergrowth and blueberry. Palate: balanced, with an important tannic structure (noble tannins).

Winemaking

Vinification
Prolonged maceration on skins at controlled temperatures varying between 18°C and 24°C (depending on vinification phase) with pumpovers and delestage, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging
24 months in stainless steel tanks.
