Organoleptic Notes
A ruby‑coloured, medium‑bodied Tuscan red displaying delightful aromas of fresh red fruits – raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, plum and cherry – with herbaceous and vegetal notes and a subtle hint of white pepper. The palate is dry with low‑to‑medium acidity and soft tannins, offering juicy red fruit flavours such as plum, cranberry, cherry and redcurrant and a supple finish.

Vinification
Each grape variety is separately macerated in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature; after fermentation the wine is blended. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a bottle refinement of about three months.
