Organoleptic Notes
Brilliant ruby red color with garnet shades. The bouquet is intense and strong, and the palate is full-bodied; in important vintages there can be a noticeable sparkle.
Winemaking
Vinification
After hand harvesting, the wine matures for about eight months in oak barrels and is bottled in spring following the harvest. Bottles are laid horizontally for about 60 days before being stored upright.
