Organoleptic Notes

Deep ruby red with a light violet tinge; aromas of blackberries, currants and maquis with notes of spice and vanilla; the palate is well‑structured with smooth tannins and good length typical of Sagrantino.

Maceration for at least 40 days using natural enzymes; wine is not stabilized or filtered, so any sediments are a guarantee of authenticity
Aging
Aged in 1,000‑liter French oak barrels for 24 months followed by 12 months in bottle
