Organoleptic Notes

Intense ruby red colour when young, turning brick red with garnet reflections as it ages; bouquet with clear hints of violet, cherry and balsamic notes; full and fresh taste with medium tannins and excellent length.

Winemaking

Vinification
Pre‑fermentation cold maceration for about 2 days followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 15–16 days
Aging
18 months in steel tanks followed by at least 12 months in French tonneaux or 25‑hl casks and a minimum of 24 months in bottle
