Organoleptic Notes
Ruby red color with garnet hints; the nose is delicate with spicy notes of graphite, coffee and chocolate alongside floral tones of cherries, violet, underbrush and pomegranate. On the palate it is thin yet powerful, elegant and balanced, supported by tannins with a dry, very long and austere finish.

Matured for two years in 30‑hectoliter oak casks followed by malolactic fermentation and a three‑month bottle refining period
