Founded at the end of the Second World War, Azienda Agricola Randi grew into a farm and winery spread across Fusignano and Alfonsine, in the heart of the Romagna countryside not far from Ravenna. Rooted in an artisanal mindset since the early 1950s, the estate hit a turning point in 2000 when it joined the Il Bagnacavallo consortium and helped bring the Burson area into the spotlight. Today, Massimo Randi frames the mission as a search for structure and elegance that speaks for a highly suited place, letting the land lead rather than forcing outcomes. In the vineyards they follow integrated pest management with targeted treatments only when necessary, aiming for healthy, fully ripe grapes, and in the cellar they keep interventions non-invasive with a gentle, gradual refinement so the varieties’ typical character can surface. The story is anchored at Via San Savino 113 in Fusignano, where the winery welcomes visitors as an extension of that long, patient relationship between territory, people, and time.
