In Neive, at Regione Canova 28, Azienda Agricola Ressia is a small family-run estate rooted in almost a century of work, already producing grapes and wine in the early 1900s. From the steep, south-facing slopes of the Cru Canova, they work exclusively with their own grapes and aim for wines that feel intense, persistent, and genuinely enjoyable. In 1997, producer Fabrizio Ressia reshaped the estate by adopting integrated pest management, reducing productivity through new vineyard plantings, and modernizing the winery while using technology carefully so the raw materials are never distorted. Today that same spirit carries into how they welcome guests, offering a producer-led tour and an experience built on quality and transparency in Italy.
