Organoleptic Notes

Deep burgundy red color; very intense flavors characteristic of powerful Nebbiolo that are slow to emerge in the first years, with a thick tannic texture that improves with a few years of bottle ageing.

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks without clarification or filtration.
Aging
Aged in 225‑liter French oak barrels for at least 24 months, with the share of new and used barrels decided after assessment of the finished wine.
