Produced exclusively in special vintages from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes vinified separately and intended for long ageing, this Barolo Riserva develops complex and distinctive characteristics that guarantee great longevity.

Winemaking

Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks without clarification or filtration.
Aging
Aged in 225‑liter French oak barrels; the proportion of new and used barrels and the length of time in wood is decided following analysis of the wine after fermentation. Bottled in the summer of the second year or the spring of the third year following harvest.
