Winemaking
Vinification
Maceration on its own skins for approximately seven days at 28 °C, followed by ageing in barriques and oak casks for a minimum of 24 months and subsequent bottle refinement.
Aging
Aged in barriques and oak casks for at least 24 months, then further refined in bottle.
