Organoleptic Notes

Deep ruby red with a smoky and balsamic opening, followed by typical berry scents of blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and black currant. The palate shows a fresh attack and evolves into a deep, complex structure with masculine Cabernet tannins.

Traditional fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks with pumping‑over, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks
Aging
Refinement in oak casks (tonneaux) and subsequent bottle aging
