Dark ruby red colour. The bouquet offers a core of cherry with notes of violet, tobacco and underbrush. The palate is vivid and intense with cherry and red‑berry fruits, elegant with a long finish.

Winemaking

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 77–86 °F with spontaneous malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.
Aging
Aged for 24 months in 700‑litre French oak tonneaux and refined in bottle for at least 3 months
