Organoleptic Notes

Fruity bouquet with red berry aromas refreshed by a balsamic veil of camphor. The palate is full‑bodied and warm with a rustic tannic touch on the finish, reflecting the character of the Girò del Mandrolisai grape.

Winemaking

Vinification
Gently pressed Girò del Mandrolisai grapes undergo a brief maceration to extract colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruit, with no oak influence.
Aging
Aged for several months in stainless steel tanks before release
