Aromas of graphite, vanilla, strawberries, cinnamon, red currants and oranges; silky and elegant on the palate with a full body, ripe tannins and a savoury finish sustained by good acidity.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in small vats without temperature control for about 15 days until sugars are exhausted, followed by soft pressing and spontaneous malolactic fermentation
Aging
15 months in small chestnut barrels
