Organoleptic Notes
Pale old‑rose colour with a white froth and very fine perlage. The bouquet is clear and fresh with scents of red berries, redcurrant and raspberry accompanied by citrus notes. The palate is elegantly harmonious and savoury, with a pervasive taste and structure that maintains fragrance and freshness.

Vinification
Slow, soft pressing of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with temperature‑controlled fermentation keeping vineyard parcels separate. Around 35 % of the must ferments in old 228‑litre white oak casks for about eight months before the second fermentation in bottle (metodo classico)
Aging
Aged on the lees in bottle for 24–30 months following harvest
