Organoleptic Notes
Shiny light pink with soft pearl reflections that turn golden over time. The bouquet is rich and complex with violet, sweet white jasmine flowers, vineyard peaches, mandarin oranges, small red fruits, spices and saffron; over time it develops light vanilla nuances and mild notes of cinnamon. The flavour mirrors the aromas with an ample and complex structure, crisp sapidity and persistent, almost citrus freshness indicative of longevity.

‘Teardrop’ vinification in which pure free‑run juice is obtained by static dripping before fermentation, capturing the very heart of the grape
Aging
Fermented and aged entirely in old 440‑litre white oak tonneaux for about 24 months followed by a further three years in bottle
