Organoleptic Notes

Deep and intense ruby red colour with a fresh, fruity nose of cherry and mixed berries. Sweet, non‑aggressive tannins lend great pleasantness and drinkability.

Winemaking

Vinification
Separate fermentation activated by pied de cuve in concrete tanks. Half of the wine ages in concrete tanks while the other half matures in French oak tonneaux for 24 months
Aging
Refined a further 12 months in bottle
