Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, with hints of cherry and ripe plum. Rich, with persistent but well-integrated tannins. Sapid, very long finish.

Separate fermentation activated by pied de cuve in concrete tanks.
Aging
Aged 36 months in French oak 40 hl barrels, then refined 12 months in bottle.
