Organoleptic Notes
Color: dense, deep purple with violet hints. Nose: ripe blackberries and raspberries with Mediterranean fruit, mineral nuances, liquorice, orange peel and dark chocolate. Palate: elegant yet opulent, structured with ripe tannins and a long finish.
Winemaking
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration for 14–16 days at 26–28°C in stainless steel tanks; malolactic fermentation in concrete vats.
Aging
8 months in 500L French oak tonneaux (medium toast, one-year used; Allier/Tronçais), then 6 months in bottle.
