Organoleptic Notes
Light pink colour reminiscent of a newly blossomed rose with an almost pearly quality. The bouquet is inviting and subtle with fruity notes of vineyard peaches, small red fruits and black pepper alongside hints of hawthorn, grapefruit and pomegranate. The palate offers a silky texture and harmonious, ample body with excellent persistence and sapidity, culminating in a long finish with a delicate bitter‑almond aftertaste.
