Vibrant ruby red colour with an intense, fruit‑rich bouquet showing notes of earth and minerality. The palate is dry, warm and slightly tannic with red‑berry fruit and a pleasant bite on the finish.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in temperature‑controlled steel tanks for a maximum of three weeks with 8‑10 soft daily pump‑overs
Aging
Aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by a few months in bottle
