Organoleptic Notes

Deep ruby red. Intense aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum and underbrush with spicy accents. Full and warm on the palate, with an enveloping alcoholic note supported by elegant tannins.

Winemaking

Vinification
Maceration on skins for about 15 days at controlled temperature, with complete natural malolactic fermentation
Aging
Refined in steel vats for 18 to 24 months and at least 3 months in bottle; not filtered
