Delicate salmon‑pink colour with aromas of wild strawberry, pomegranate, citrus zest and Mediterranean herbs; the palate is fresh and sapid with lively acidity and a long mineral finish.

Vinification
Grapes are destemmed and immediately pressed; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small wooden casks
Aging
Aged for about 3 months in small wooden barrels and stainless steel, then bottled on 10 April 2023
