Organoleptic Notes
Intense ruby red with violet reflections; the bouquet recalls dried red fruits and Mediterranean herbs; on the palate it is full‑bodied, balanced and persistent with soft tannins.
Winemaking
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed (about 80%) and lightly pressed; fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for around 14 days in stainless‑steel tanks
Aging
Matured for 18 months in 225‑ and 500‑litre oak barrels, then bottled and aged for at least 6 months before release
