Organoleptic Notes
Color: bright straw yellow. Nose: jasmine and orange blossom (zagara) with hints of lavender; touches of wild mint, cedar and rosemary; green apple notes. Palate: balanced and mineral, with lively acidity and a clean, persistent finish.

Vinification
Thermo-controlled white vinification with fermentation at 14–16°C in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
5 months in bottle.
