Grape Varieties: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Ciliegiolo
Provenance: Old vineyards of small dimensions in the Supersano area close to an upland called "Madonna di Coelimanna" and the Don Mose' vineyard.
Farming method: Byo-dynamic
Yield: 20-30q/ha.
Vinification: maceration on skins for two days and soft pressing at controlled temperature. Following fermentation for 20 days at 20-25 C.
Refinement: Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and in bottle for 3 months.
Harvest: by hand on the second half of September.
Serve at 16-18°C.
Production: 3,500 bottles
