Refinement: 3 months in the bottle
Organoleptic Characteristics: with a bright straw yellow color, this wine
smells of acacia blossoms, lavender, golden apple, grass with a touch of salinity
in the end. The taste is fresh and savory, fairly balanced with a light bitter hint in the finish given by the high level of salinity in the soil. A quite long after aroma.
Serve with: try it with tuna and fresh cherry tomatoes bruschetta.
