Training System: High density row of vines with reduced vegetative process.
Harvesting: Manually of the third week of September.
Vinification and Maturing: Maceration of the grape skins into the must at 10Soaking of the skins into must at 10°C temperature for about 12-24 hours. Complete separation of the must from the whole and fermentation at 12-22C controlled temperature for 10-15 days. Refinining in steel vats and bottles for about 4 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Straw yellow color, delicate notes of fruit and flower bouquet, elegant and harmonious flavor. Dry and fresh taste. Recommended with appetizers, fish or delicate meat dishes.
Serving temperature: keep in dark place at 16°C and enjoy at 10°-12°C
