The Deltetto family has produced Arneis grapes since the 70’s.
The ‘San Michele” was one of the first Roero Arneis produced and has always been and remains today the winery’s most important still white wine.

Vinification and maturing: Fermentation at 18°C. Aging in oak and steel and afterward in bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color, bouquet of exotic fruit, apples and vanilla that make this wine elegant and perfect for aging.
Serve with: Excellent choice as an aperitif or paired with appetizers and first courses.
Serving temperature: 50°F
