Cadinu winery was recently established, but the dedication to viticulture and the art of wine has always been part of their family. Tziu Simone (Uncle Simon), learned the art of winemaking from his father-in-law. Later in life he purchased an old vineyard in the "Fittiloghe ” (translates to "the place of the vines) which became Francesco Cadinu winery. Currently the estate extends for 6 hectares of vineyards in the countryside of Mamoiada at an altitude of about 650m above sea level. The farm follows a sustainable and environmentally friendly production philosophy.
