Yield: 70 quintals/Hectare.
Harvesting: The grapes are manually harvested the third week of September.
Vinification and Maturing: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts (and other microorganism found in the grapes). Pressing with wooden press. Winery is semi-inground, the temperature is not controlled but regulated naturally through the coolness of the cellar.Maceration on skins for 15-22 days.
Refinement: in stainless steel tanks that have been feremented "sur lies". Not filtered.
Bottles Produced: 1,500.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Intense golden color, floral bouquet evolving into fruity with notes of citrus and banana. Full and savory taste, full body, long finish. Balanced acidity giving it a fresh and vivacious feel.
