Soil: Sandy Clay Porphyry Alluvial with rocky sediments.
Training System: Pergolas and Guyot-pruned on Espalier.
Altitude: 260 meters a.s.l.
Age of Vineyard: 80 years old
Harvesting: Only grapes from selected vines are harvested, pressed and fermented for the making of Larez.
Vinification and Maturing: Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Lakrez is of a dark salmon glow, darker than the common rosé wine. Fragrance of ripe red berries and hints of licorice. Elegantly balanced, mildly spicy with well-integrated acidity in long, fruity finish.
Great for aperitif, light starters such as fish and poultry.
