MILLARIA ROSATO TOSCANA IGT
Pale Salmon with amber reflections, this wine has a fresh and fruity nose with hints of pink grapefruit and white peach. Its fine acidity in the mouth is balanced by the sapidity and minerality that resembles flint stones.

Training System: Guyot
Age of Vineyard: 15 years old.
Harvesting period: Last decade of September, by hand.
Vinification: Rosato wine made from salasso (seignée) with a short stay on the skins with natural stabilization and clarification. Aging in stainless steel for six months.
