Provenance: Mamoiada in the vineyard called Perdas Longas (means "large rocks" in dialect as it's closed to a lot of menhir )

Soil: Crushed granite
Training System: "Alberello" (bush-trained or "guyot")
Yield: 35 quintals/Hectare
Alcohol: 15.50%
Harvesting period: October
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts. Maturation in chestnut barrels for 14 months and then refining in bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright red garnet color, complex bouquet with floral and spicy notes (berries, black cherries, prunes, violet, myrtle, licorice). Soft tannins, fresh and harmonious acidity, full body and long finish.
Pairing with: red meats, wild meats, aged cheeses and succulent dishes.
