Organoleptic Characteristics: straw yellow. Dried lime, pear and a tangerine note
on the nose, complicated by honey suckle and resiny nuances. Energetic citrus and orchard fruit flavors are enlivened by musky minerals and thyme. Turns sweeter and deeper on the long, fresh finish.
Serve with: it is excellent with calamari, and simply prepared white fish.
